We all know that in the veterinary industry we are facing a challenging job market. Currently there aren’t enough vets or RVNs to fill the overwhelming demand.
In such a crowded arena you have to stand out from the crowd!
To do this, you need to understand what candidates really want to see in a job ad. All of you have great things in your own practice that you can draw on to write an engaging advert. We’ll finish by discussing how can you communicate with applicants to achieve the outcome you’d like.
Key learning objectives:
💘 What attracts candidates to your role
🫡 What to include and what not to put in your job ad
😊 How to handle applications to achieve a positive outcome
