Join PetsApp CEO, Dr. Thom Jenkins once more for an interactive workshop and unravel how to: 1) Explore the services your clinic offers and how well they are received 2) Initiate missed opportunities 3) Eliminate the pain points of your clients by decreasing their customer effort scores 4) Improve the services you offer as well as the KPIs you’ve set as a team 5) Create better Outcomes by identifying those within your client base that are keen advocates and likely revenue drivers
Session 7, 5.25 pm - 5.55 pm. Our final User Group Session with Product Manager Sam Robinson. The second of two pack led sessions to be held in the Library and a great way to share the ways in which you use the app, with other users. Little secret; no two clinics use PetsApp in the exact same way!
Something that was abundantly clear when we gathered feedback from our last PetsApp Together social was just how much everyone enjoyed the networking element of coming together. Our main drive for these events was to help bring the community closer together in order to help support one another. With Pizza and Prosecco on the terrace on the first night and then a silver service dinner with a surprise on closing night there are lots of opportunities outside of the learning sessions to come together informally and get to know lots of other amazing humans from the wider veterinary community.
Due to popular demand and an inbox of requests we are already putting together our sessions for 2024, hoping to make them a frequent element of the year to make them accessible to all. If you'd like to be added to the waiting list for 2024 or here more about whats on offer at our PetsApp get togethers simply email: naomi@petsapp.com
