We took our new Devon Rex’s here a few years ago, and the staff were lovely, and the facilities we brilliant. At the time it felt more like an apple store than a veterinary clinic.

Lovely local place, always friendly and attentive

I don’t know what we would have done without the team at BB&B who’s immediate response to Baloo’s full prolapse not only saved her life, but meant she has gone on to become a really healthy pup. The entire team were in hand to book emergency appoint, organise referrals and manage her post operative care. Eternally grateful! This all happened during lockdown and while our car was broken down, they say things happen in three but BB&B helped bare the weight and stress of a very scary experience.- A huge thank you from me, my husband and the kids who’d all be lost without her!

Sadly we had two poorly cats within weeks of each other and the care and consideration was second to none. They went out of their way to help in every way possible and we felt comfortable in the knowledge they would show great care and affection to them when left. I wouldn't go anywhere else now

The studio is quite small but friendly, the doctor is not trying to push you to get meds for your pet when non strictly necessary which is nice.

The team here are always on hand to help with any questions you have. We’re brilliant when he was neutered and couldn’t have asked for more really.

The whole team of staff are caring, welcoming, and thorough. Very supportive with advice, proactive recommendations, and really good with our nervous rescue dog of putting her at ease.
